As the bustling hub of Queen's University, Saint Lawrence College, and a Canadian Forces base that includes the Royal Military College of Canada, there are numerous challenges that may arise in the lives of therapy seekers as part of the university and/or military community. Our Registered Psychotherapist, Chrystal Dulmage, has experience working with the student population and is familiar with Queen's University having completed post-degree courses at the campus. She also lived in Kingston for a time. Having worked for the Military Family Resource Centre in Trenton, Ontario, Chrystal also has an understanding of military life and culture, advantageous to potential clients experiencing military-related challenges.
Online therapy offers additional anonymity as there is less opportunity to run into one's therapist, less commuting time, and more reasonable customary rates. Clients also find that online therapy can fit into chaotic schedules more effectively and are more comfortable as they engage from a familiar setting of their choice. Online therapy can provide you with more options and flexibility and Seasons of Hope Psychotherapy would be happy to provide support along your journey.
